MBA Internship is a great way for you to get to know the company and for it to get to know you. Throughout the internship, participants gain a hands-on knowledge of Lilly and the pharmaceutical industry by working on projects designed to solve business-critical issues. Student’s knowledge is furthered with structured Lunch & Learn seminars, the Action Learning Development program, and the guidance of a career coach who works one-on-one with you to discuss potential career paths. Internships are located at the corporate headquarters in Indianapolis and last 12 weeks, from May until September.
