The Intensive English course series provides full-time classroom instruction in all skill areas, including listening, speaking, reading, writing and pronunciation, from beginning through advanced proficiency levels, supplemented by self-paced, interactive computer-assisted training in our technology center. 25 hours per week. Classes are divided into eight levels according to language proficiency. Twenty hours per week are dedicated to core classes. Five hours per week are devoted to special interest electives. These offerings vary by session, but typically include Pronunciation & Listening, American Idioms, Academic Listening & Note-taking, and American Media.
TOEFL® iBT In-Depth readies students for the challenging new Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language under actual test conditions.
